PBT Group has an opportunity for a Lead Business Analyst with an affinity for data, working with complex data sets, and dashboarding.

Your role is to perform all the normal BA functions, however, your key attributes should be problem-solving as well as being able to define and enable business change in an agile environment.

About you

• Relevant formal qualification in Business Analysis
• Experience in the Financial Services industry
• Experience working on large transformation programs
• Knowledge of investigation, analysis and finalisation of complex reporting requirements
• Experience in supporting the implementation and operationalisation of reporting capabilities
• Building relationships with all key stakeholders that include business owners, product owners, development teams, trainers, and users
• Business process modeling and improving business processes across various business units, processes, and systems
• Implementing, testing, and deploying solutions to business problems
• Transformation programs
• Migration experience
• Platform experience
• Jira Atlassian/ Confluence
• SQL Skills essential to this role
